Wonderful Ranch Experience
Three Bars Ranch is one of Spur Alliance’s Top 10 Ranches of North America and a fully approved Dude Ranch. A splendid working cattle ranch and reining horse training facility, the Ranch offers beautiful facilities and great food. Ride to your heart’s content, explore trails led by wranglers through the woods, criss-cross the plateau or wander along a riverbank. Accommodation is in comfortable log duplex cabins.
Catering superbly for families, the children’s programme, for kids of 6 -12 years, focuses on horses and the outdoors.
In July and August the wranglers organise riding, hiking, swimming, art projects, catching frogs, and much more. Children may trail ride with organised kid’s rides or join the family. As well as riding, the Ranch offers many other activities including hiking, river rafting, mountain biking, fly fishing, and tennis. There is also an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, and fitness facility.
Suits all levels of rider, novices are welcomed. Indoor riding arena. Age limit: Ideally 8+.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help in organising all the arrangements for our trip to Canada. Everything went smoothly and we had a wonderful time in all 3 bases. We loved exploring the Okanagan and it contrasted well with the time in Toronto and Vancouver. We are still getting over some jet lag but it was worth it!!

Fly into Vancouver from the UK (flights included) and overnight at a Vancouver airport hotel ready for your onward flight the next day. Alternatively you could spend a few nights in downtown Vancouver and experience this amazing coastal city. Another option is to fly into Calgary and hire a rental car to experience the ranch as part of an Alberta and British Columbia exploration fly drive.

Take an onward flight to Cranbrook airport where someone from the Ranch will pick you up from 1pm. Its only a short 10 minute drive to the ranch. Should the flight schedule get you into Cranbrook a few hours before 1pm then we suggest taking a taxi to the nearby lovely St Eugene Resort for lunch, and we can arrange for the ranch to collect you from there after 1pm.
Once at the Ranch, settle in to your accommodation and explore your surroundings. Activities will start tomorrow.

You have 35,000 acres to explore so spend the next 5 days taking full advantage of all Three Bars’ has to offer! You can decide what you want to do on the day, so do as much or as little as you feel like.
– Unlimited guided Horseback riding every morning and afternoon (Monday to Friday).
– Shooting sports (archery, clay pigeon and rim fire)

– Guided hike , E-Bike tours & mapped hiking trails, & mountain biking.
