Golf Holidays in Canada

Golf – Possibly the best kept secret in Canada!

From coast to coast Canada offers the most breath taking, challenging and enjoyable Championship quality golf courses you could ever have the pleasure of playing!

New courses are being designed and built all the time too; ask us about our favourite courses to play on.

The West

There are a number of courses around Vancouver, Vancouver Island & Whistler, some designed by the Great Bear himself Jack Nicklaus, others by famous architects such as Les Furber and Arnold Palmer.

The Okanagan is a great base for a golfing holiday, with 5 superb courses within a 30 minutes drive of Kelowna, all at a really low price. They range from a Links-style course to a pulsating mountain course with a number of elevated tees and greens.

The Rockies provide a stunning back drop to its courses. Seeing your ball fly further than ever before because of the lower atmosphere in the mountains is a reward in itself, and makes these unbelievable looking courses playable to even the higher handicaps.

The East

If you prefer a shorter flight from the UK, then the East coast of Canada also has some hidden gems.Glen Abbey in Ontario is home to the PGA Canadian Open and is simply sublime. Base yourself in Toronto for the city courses, or possibly travel further a field to experience the wilderness paradise.

The Atlantic Provinces, the nearest to the UK, have some superb scenery intermingled with challenging Links courses right on the coast. The courses are so expertly kept you may feel guilty playing on them, but be assured the Canadians welcome touring golfers of all handicaps and they may even offer you a shot-saving piece of local course knowledge!

Pick of the bunch

Enjoy two of our favourite courses; one in the west and one in the east

Greywolf Panorama, BC

One of the world’s best predators awaits. With bent grass from tee to green, and water meandering through ten of the eighteen holes, the 7,140 yard Wolf is also one of nature’s most perfect creations – nothing less than spectacular. With its wide fairways and greens it can be forgiving on the occasional bad shot, but it’s the length that might defeat your attempt to tame the Wolf.

Crowbush Cove, Prince Edward Island

Overlooking the north shore dunes of PEI, Crowbush enthralls all who take the challenge to conquer one of North America’s very best. It has received 5 stars from the Golfers Digest and with its undulating fairways, water holes, pot bunkers and challenging greens you will have an experience not to be forgotten. If you can tame the 6,903 yards at the Links, you should be able to play well anywhere.
