Overview
A chance to see the parks and beauty of central Canada as you travel the highways and byways of Ontario and Quebec. The highlights of this leisurely driving holiday will be Niagara Falls in Ontario, the Muskoka region, Algonquin Park and the Laurentian mountains in Quebec. Your time will be well spent exploring the lakes and mountain regions as well as visits to the cities of Toronto, Ottawa and Montreal.
You will fly into Toronto, Ontario and out of Montreal, Quebec (or vice versa) and be driving between the two; there is no charge for dropping your hire car.

Today you will leave Algonquin Park and head to Canada’s capital Ottawa and a brief return to city life. Take a stroll along the Rideau Canal, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and in winter becomes the world’s longest skating rink. Pass by the residences of the Prime Minister and Governor General, the Parliament buildings and visit the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Museum and Stables or the Museum of Civilisation.
