Today you will pick up your car and head north, skirting the picturesque Lanaudiere region for a 2 night stay in Saint-Michel-des-Saints on the edge of a lake where you can indulge in a host of activities, such as canoeing and kayaking, or just enjoy the beach, the indoor pool and sauna. Today you will leave Saint-Michel-des-Saints and head north, skirting the edge of Parc National de Mauricie. You will take highway 155 towards Lac Saint Jean and stay in a lovely little auberge in Hebertville, between Lac Saint-Jean and the Saguenay Fjord. You will be able to explore this lovely area, where there is cycling, fishing and hiking close by.

Today, you will head south once more towards the St Lawrence and the Charlevoix region where you will heading to the secluded, beautiful village of La Malbaie. Your overnight stay here will once again be in a beautiful auberge which features views over the St Lawrence, which also has a pool and a fabulous restaurant. Make sure you explore the local area and enjoy some of the local fare.

Your final destination for your 2 night stay is located on the shores of Lake Massawippi on a private peninsula in the scenic Eastern Townships region. Ayers Cliff, North Hatley and the surrounding area are home to many antique shops as well as cheese and wine shops, and a chocolate factory. You can explore this pretty area or just relax alongside the river, or take a bike ride or hike along the water’s edge.
