Circle Newfoundland & Labrador | Escorted Tour of the Eastern Edge

Holiday Duration: 12 Nights

"We will certainly recommend Frontier Canada"

We will certainly recommend Frontier Canada to others – thank you for organising a very successful trip in which all elements liked together seamlessly. We had a wonderful time and we have returned home with some fantastic memories of Vancouver and the Canadian Rockies. I would certainly recommend this fly-drive trip to others, possibly with an extra night at the Alpine Meadows Resort near Clearwater, for a relaxing ‘wildlife-watching’ day by their lake!

Overview

Overview

Find yourself caught up in the friendly east coast way of life on this exciting tour that combines inspiring scenery, wildlife sightings and reminders of an ancient past. The tour begins in Halifax, Nova Scotia’s attractive capital city and central port and ends in St. John’s, Newfoundland – one of the oldest cities in North America.

On this exploration of Canada’s youngest province you’ll visit many of Newfoundland & Labrador’s significant historical and natural sites, including the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of Gros Morne National Park and L’Anse aux Meadows, a Viking archaeological site. Along the way, you’ll stand at the northern-most tip of the island of Newfoundland & Labrador and journey to the eastern-most point in North America. Boat tours included in the tour offer the opportunity to see whales, sea birds and, depending on the time of the year, even massive icebergs!

"I had an "awesome" holiday"

Just to let you know that my son and I had an "awesome" holiday in Toronto Niagara and Kingston. Your input contributed greatly to the smooth running of our trip. Of particular benefit was the detailed itinerary, invaluable - especially the driving directions which were 100% accurate.
